Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our organization. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze performance across key KPIs and share business performance with senior leadership.
  • Maintain consistent grooming of business logic and KPIs across reporting.
  • Develop product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Analytics members on data and business strategy projects.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience preferred.
  • Experience in retail or consumer product industries a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
