We are currently seeking a skilled Traffic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing comprehensive traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with Australian standards, and contributing to safe and efficient traffic flow solutions.

">Job Description
  • The Traffic Design Specialist will design traffic management plans for various projects, including those in Victoria (VIC) and Queensland (QLD).
  • The specialist will prepare traffic management plans in accordance with Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • They will plan and design plans for safe work implementation with compliance to Australian standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Daily liaison with road authorities for plan authorizations, ensuring all MOA's are current and updated.
  • Risk analysis of sites for plan coordination.
  • Ensure appropriate risk management processes are being implemented and are effective.
">Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Traffic Management Planning (TMP) and creating Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS).
  • Experience handling requests focusing on Victoria (VIC) and Queensland (QLD).
  • Knowledge of policies and regulations in Victoria (VIC) and Queensland (QLD).
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in AGTTM handbook.
  • Proficient in RapidPlan and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling major events.
