  • CRO-Driven Web Design: Utilize proven conversion rate optimization strategies to design and optimize high-performing e-commerce websites.
  • Customer Journey & User Experience Mapping: Map and enhance the end-to-end customer journey to ensure seamless navigation and clear calls-to-action.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and cart abandonment rates to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design enhancements.

This role requires a seasoned designer with a proven track record in CRO-focused design who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showcasing CRO-driven website designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and their application to e-commerce (increasing purchases and maximizing revenue from existing traffic).
