Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic customer support specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients via various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, have at least one year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and be able to work independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver outstanding support
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
