Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe working environment of our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
  • Collaborate with facilities and cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Hybrid Workplace environments and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
