Sales Business Growth Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Growth Manager to lead our sales team in the promotions, sales, and marketing of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals, with strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conceptualize and implement business growth strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead the sales team in promotions, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Pursue customer leads and move them through the sales cycle.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager.
- Sales experience in expanding client base in one or many of the target markets.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
