Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Alabang. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for room and banquet events, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for room and banquet bookings.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS, SOCIAL GROUPS, AND EVENT PLANNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and presentations to promote the hotel's services and build client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event orders tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including regular follow-ups and tracking market trends.
  • DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ENSURING CLIENT SATISFACTION AND REPEAT BUSINESS.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL SALES OR A SIMILAR ROLE.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
