Job Description:

Cobden and Carter International is an Enterprise Software company seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and achieving established KPIs through the execution of a strong sales strategy.

About You:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
  • Experience as Sales Manager for SaaS products/Software services in Retail/e-commerce Industry is a must.
  • Good understanding of software solutions, cloud, eCommerce, CRM & ERP.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and establish a structured sales methodology.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and map decision makers.
  • Understand business requirements and pain points, mapping them to solution offerings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to progress opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in a business field preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
  • Experience as Sales Manager for SaaS products/Software services in Retail/e-commerce Industry is a must.
  • Good understanding of software solutions, cloud, eCommerce, CRM & ERP.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.

Work Setup:

  • Dayshift 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
  • Remote setup (must be willing to do client visits when needed).
  • Location: Malaysia.
