
Remote Financial Administrator Position

This is a remote position that offers growth opportunities, mastery of various accounting systems, and international business experience. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations across multiple entities, starting with the Australian division and expanding to European operations.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable invoices and payments
- Handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements
- Downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems
- Performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems
- Processing transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
- Learning and operating Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
- Generating and distributing financial statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records across entities
- Executing Excel functions like vlookup for analysis
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in Dext and Xero
- Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Quick learner of new accounting systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic accounting knowledge
This role involves working full-time (40 hours/week) with an initial focus on Australian operations and potential expansion to European operations. It requires managing international financial operations, coordinating across time zones, and supporting month-end and periodic reports.
