Financial Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our remote team.

  • Monitoring the processing of bills and invoices, including entry, filing, reconciliations, variance resolution, and discrepancies will be an essential part of this role.
  • Managing purchase orders and building relationships with vendors to ensure proper processes are adhered to will also be key responsibilities.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial and vendor records is crucial for this position.
  • Processing expenses and reimbursements in a timely and efficient manner is vital.
  • Preparing monthly expenditure reports comparing actual vs. budget is a critical function.
  • Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports will require strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with remote teams and agile technologies, as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.

This role requires a punctual and self-driven individual with 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, proficiency in Excel/PPT/G-Docs/G-Sheets, and fluency in written and spoken English.
