About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Management Specialist to oversee and manage third-party vendors within our Consumer domain for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and relationship management skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of Consumer support requirements and vendor management best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards, and driving operational excellence within our organization.

The Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for holding vendors accountable to executing Coinbase's operational excellence and contractual standards. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant vendor management or Consumer Operations experience
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to internal and external audiences
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operations improvements

Candidates should have a strong understanding of the organization's business operations and industry trends, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
