  • Credit Analysis: Calculate key metrics, including DSCR, LTV, and ARV, to inform lending decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Vendor Coordination: Order and track third-party reports, coordinate vendor deliverables, and prepare comprehensive loan packages for underwriting submission.
  • Closing Logistics: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers to ensure timely and efficient closings.
