As a Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing annual brand plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Journey Mastery: Identify and optimize key touchpoints to drive purchases and enhance the onsite consumer experience.
  • Daily Store Performance Management: Assist in tracking GMV sales, traffic, ATP check, content score, and store rating to ensure successful execution of brand plans.
  • Product Page Optimization: Manage search rank, mobile-ready content, price checks, keyword, and attribute tagging to improve product page performance.
  • Promo and Campaign Execution Excellence: Facilitate promo enrollment and onsite placement audits to deliver high-quality campaign executions.
  • Store Reviews and Customer Service: Oversee store reviews and handle customer service escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Tools Adoption and A/B Testing: Manage the adoption of tools such as vouchers, free shipping, feed, SIS, and Flexi Combo, and conduct A/B testing to optimize their effectiveness.
  • Business Reporting: Create daily sales and store performance trackers, as well as conduct forecasting analysis for business planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand or account management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, metrics, activations, and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts, handle high-pressure situations, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This salary range is based on industry standards and market conditions.
