We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to drive business growth, improve customer loyalty and retention.

Job Description
  • This role supports the development and execution of customer engagement strategies that drive growth and maximize lifetime value.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer journeys and engagement initiatives that support business objectives.
  • They will utilize marketing technology tools and automation platforms to help design and execute customer engagement strategies, communications, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer growth initiatives that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage resell initiatives for distributors under the LeadGen360 program.
  • Collaborate with teams across distribution, IT, and marketing to design and implement customer journeys and engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools and automation platforms to support customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
