Appointment Setter Position

We are looking for a professional to connect individuals seeking financial clarity with our expert team through thoughtful outreach and financial awareness.

This key role involves:

  • Proactively conducting outbound outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, or CRM-driven communications.
  • Qualifying prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
  • Scheduling consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
  • FOLLOWING up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.
  • Collaborating across teams to align messaging and improve conversion effectiveness.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
  • A passion for financial wellness and an understanding of Kiwi retirement concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, including warmth, clarity, persuasion, and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and workflow tracking, along with strong organizational habits.
  • A goal-driven approach, with a track record of meeting outreach or booking targets.
