This key role involves:
- Proactively conducting outbound outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, or CRM-driven communications.
- Qualifying prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
- Scheduling consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
- FOLLOWING up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.
- Collaborating across teams to align messaging and improve conversion effectiveness.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
- A passion for financial wellness and an understanding of Kiwi retirement concerns.
- Excellent communication skills, including warmth, clarity, persuasion, and empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and workflow tracking, along with strong organizational habits.
- A goal-driven approach, with a track record of meeting outreach or booking targets.
