We are seeking an experienced Remote Finance Associate to join our team. This role will focus on managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize accounting software to manage accounts receivable and track payment records.
  2. Process incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
  3. Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  4. Create and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
  5. Analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  7. Maintain documentation related to accounts receivable activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and cash management.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
