Remote Association Manager Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of homeowner associations, acting as the primary remote contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.


Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison for HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Arrange and remotely facilitate board meetings and annual meetings.
  • Create agendas, collect supporting documents, and coordinate meeting minutes.
  • Track and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software.
