
Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success Professional to join our team. This role involves conducting product demos, managing customer communication, supporting onboarding, and working with CRM tools to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Act as a key communication link between us and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS industry.
