We are seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to join our organization. This full-time, remote position offers growth potential and the opportunity to take on Account Management responsibilities after gaining sufficient product knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality digital marketing support to customers globally
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and Zoom
  • Log support tickets and update their status within the ticketing system
  • Develop consultative relationships with assigned accounts and conduct training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding and maintaining customer relationships
  • Prepare periodic reports for management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B client service experience
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat support
  • Excellent business communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software

  • Technological adeptness and knowledge of SEO, PR, and Digital Marketing
