Email Solutions Specialist Job Description

This role involves supporting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform. As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.\
  • Providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.\
  • Troubleshooting email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.\
  • Educating clients on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).\
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.\
  • Creating and managing visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.\
  • Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to enhance user adoption and success.\
  • Monitoring email performance metrics and recommending strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.\
  • Creating, presenting, and discussing email marketing campaign reports with clients in a 30-minute focused meeting on a monthly basis.\
