Marketing Campaign Specialist Position

This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation, as well as excellent analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include assisting in campaign development, content creation, performance analysis, collaboration, and project management.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create high-quality content for social media, websites, and in-app placements to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously to ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns.

Requirements include:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing campaigns from the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
  • Effective project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
