Job Overview

The role of a Property Management Representative involves working remotely and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • Configure new properties in client software platforms and keep property owners informed.
  • Track and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
  • Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
  • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
