Remote Transaction Coordinator

We seek a skilled and organized individual to manage all acquisitions and dispositions in a timely manner, working as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process. Key responsibilities include processing acquisitions promptly to get properties on market quickly, reviewing and entering contracts/settlement statements into our CRM properly, managing relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements, assisting with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties, partnering with the construction department to ensure projects are completed prior to listing, and supporting House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
