This role will play a key part in the overall MERCK GRUPPE strategy to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery. As a member of our GES Employee Services organization, you will identify and attract top talent to join our thriving organization.

Your Role:

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand concrete demand and develop a tailored sourcing strategy.
  2. Identify, approach, and assess prospects, presenting longlists to Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers.
  3. Match promising candidates to live requisitions on the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future vacancies, leveraging our state-of-the-art candidate relationship management platform.
  5. Adhere to our DE&I objectives and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  6. Provide regular feedback to supervisors and stakeholders to enhance the sourcing function.
  7. Ensure exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  8. Represent the Talent Sourcing team in various stakeholder engagements.
  9. Drive initiatives and projects as assigned.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and constructive feedback.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR procedures and regulations.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in human resources, psychology, behavioral science, social sciences, business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR operations or recruitment functions.
  • Job board experience (career sites, LinkedIn, company platforms).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Strong service orientation, sense of urgency, and quality focus.
  • Flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Deliver results under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.
