Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at our organization, you will lead the operational execution and deliverables of the Talent Acquisition shared function with a focus on candidate scheduling and sourcing. You will be responsible for team engagement and delivering efficient and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you will handle tasks related to candidate scheduling, data management, and reporting processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate talent acquisition administration and communication with candidates including candidate screening, interview scheduling/invites, test administration, reference checks, and other relevant new hire back-end processes.
  • Ensure customer-centricity and a high standard of communication with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, and talent acquisition colleagues) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  • Ensure stakeholders are updated in a timely manner where appropriate.
  • Liaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on updates and ensure proper reporting and documentation are updated accordingly.
