Job Overview:

Driving Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights

Broadband business solutions are in high demand as companies seek to leverage data-driven insights to drive growth and profitability.

This senior individual contributor will lead the development of executive-ready reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator management processes, ensuring accurate and reliable delivery of insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose cross-functional processes and design future-state workflows and key performance indicator frameworks that integrate people, data, technology, and controls.
  • Execute change by leading improvement workshops, converting decisions into actionable plans, and maintaining audit-ready evidence.
  • Govern the enterprise playbook with clear documentation and version control.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly and collaboratively build live-linked key performance indicator dashboards and board-ready slide decks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL skills.
  • Ability to model data, validate metrics, and work with large/complex datasets.
  • Proven experience defining key performance indicator catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates.
Preferred Experience, Systems or Skills:
  • Data analytics in a call center environment.
  • Several high-valued analytics projects implemented.
