Lead a team of professionals in the planning, prioritization, and governance of operational projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an enterprise portfolio roadmap to ensure alignment with business capacity and resource availability.
  • Develop detailed project plans, charters, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
Project Management & Execution
  • Deliver complex, cross-functional projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and implement standard project management methodologies and frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Closely partner with operations leaders, enabling teams, technology, and other support functions to drive initiative success.
  • Facilitate executive updates and steerco reviews with clear progress narratives.
Process Improvement & Value Delivery
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Track and report on benefits realization, including financial and non-financial impact across initiatives.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience with preferred project and portfolio management in an operations or contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge in delivering complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
