Job Description

As a senior leader in the Business Intelligence & Data team, you will be responsible for spearheading ETL/ELT development and managing large-scale data pipelines across multiple environments. You will oversee data modeling, warehousing, and governance to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable datasets.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) that provide actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply data science and analytics techniques to support financial and operational decision-making.

You will partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business Development to drive data strategy alignment.

What We Are Looking ForTechnical Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for modern data architectures.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data integration.
  • Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to data science and analytics methodologies (predictive models, statistical analysis).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
