About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to lead our data-driven decision-making initiatives. As the core of our business strategy, you will use your analytical expertise to uncover opportunities, drive growth, and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain reporting solutions across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support founders with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for data collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to cut through complexity and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel, with hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Data cleansing, integration, and building reliable structured data systems.
