What You'll Do:

As a Senior Data Insights Analyst, you'll manage end-to-end reporting process — from data extraction to strategic insights presentation.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Clean & Validate – Ensure accuracy of data from outsourced partners (via Security Bank)
  • Build Reports & Dashboards – Automate daily, monthly, and quarterly dashboards using BI tools like Power BI and Excel PowerPivot
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with sales, credit, and customer service teams to address data gaps and improve processes
  • Present Actionable Insights – Deliver clean, easy-to-understand insights for the COO and leadership team
  • Coordinate & Improve – Work with Security Bank's data team to enhance extract logic and reporting efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Statistics, MIS Reporting, or related data analytics roles
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields
  • Experience using Power BI, Excel PowerPivot, Tableau, or QuickSight
  • Strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
