Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing social media content strategies, creating engaging posts across multiple platforms, and monitoring community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Create and schedule posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure strategic relevance.
  • (Preferred) Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
