Job Title

The main objective of this role is to oversee the team that handles payments to External Service Providers (ESPs), including management of Petty Cash Funds and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and/or approves requests in the Bank's Payment System, including hard copies of payment requests, ensuring that billings are processed in accordance with the bank's policies and service agreements with ESPs.
  • Manages Petty Cash by reviewing supporting vouchers for replenishment and coordinates with the General Accounting Department on adjustments to the Petty Cash amount.
  • Trains and coaches new team members and ensures Turnaround Time (TAT) in processing is met.
  • Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience supervising a team handling accounting-related functions, financial reporting, and cost analysis
  • Must be willing to report onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
