Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining constant communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train the technical support bot regularly.
  • Educate and empower customers to get the most out of our product.
  • Serve as the technical expert and answer product questions to take full advantage of the product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bots Engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
