Training Facilitator

At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating BFSI training for employees on all aspects of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs to support classroom training and alternative training methods.
- Provide feedback on existing curriculum to improve training effectiveness.
- Design and develop non-classroom communication and training materials.
- Analyze course materials and learner information to inform training decisions.
- Ensure the instructional site is prepared and ready for training.
- Establish and maintain instructor credibility and manage the learning environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and questioning skills.
- Respond to learner needs for clarification or feedback and provide positive reinforcement and motivational incentives.
- Evaluate learner performance and delivery of instruction.
- Report evaluation information and assess class and individual agent level performance.
- Coach employees one-on-one and conduct pre and post-training surveys as needed.
- Work with supervisors to address employee performance gaps and participate in client interaction.
- Promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers, and the community.
- Strong BFSI experience and highly self-motivated with the ability to work well with little or no supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong time-management and organizing skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to assess and provide feedback.
- 1 year of adult education experience required, with a college degree earned from a reputable institution.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work the night shift and willingness to travel.
- Computer proficient and able to multitask and adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
