Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Officer to support our training activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to training activities, including preparing training materials and equipment, and assisting trainers and facilitators.
  • Backup files regularly to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Prepare OSH/First Aid training report requirements for submission to OSHC.
  • Act as the focal point for e-related programs, including e-learnings and e-passport systems, and internet concerns.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of office computers and printers.
  • Maintain and clean printer/first aid equipment before and after use.
  • Print certificates of participants during training.
  • Develop and maintain critical databases, including speaker/first aid instructor assignments and support staff assignments.
  • Facilitate and assist speakers/instructors training regularly.
  • Manage inventory and request repairs for office equipment and supplies, including training room chairs and tables.
  • Prepare OWWA requirements for processing payments.
  • Monitor activities and schedules of other OSH training providers and Assessment centre.
  • Encode training evaluation for 5-day and 1-day training.
  • Adhere to organization's guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
  • Commit to responsibility and participation in Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
