Job Summary

The Store Operations Lead is a senior role responsible for managing store operations, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks, prioritize workflow, and delegate duties to team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist in store planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including safe cash handling and deposit transportation.
  • Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Proven retail leadership experience required.
  • Prior knowledge of farm equipment, livestock care, pet grooming, or welding skills advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent necessary; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desirable.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work environment generally favorable, with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Varying shifts, typically no less than 4 hours, potentially exceeding 8 hours.
Physical Requirements
  • Non-sedentary position requiring frequent movement throughout the store and outdoor areas.
  • Able to lift merchandise overhead and push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods.
