As the Store Head at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN', you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our bakeshop located in San Miguel Bulacan. This is a full-time position, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our store and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

1. Oversee the daily operations of the bakeshop, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations

2. Ensure that all products are prepared and displayed to the highest standards of quality and freshness

3. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and support as needed

4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall store performance

5. Collaborate with the central management team to implement company policies and procedures

6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

7. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

4. Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting
