Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Planner to join our team. As a key member of our media planning department, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive media strategies that align with client business objectives.

You will analyze data and stay informed on media trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to create innovative strategies that effectively reach the target audience.

  • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop media plans, channel recommendations, and detailed flowplans. Liaise with media owners for proposals, and utilize media planning and audience insights tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Client & Agency Collaboration: Manage day-to-day client relationships, collaborating closely with clients, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Lead post-campaign reporting and maintain clear communication on campaign performance.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Oversee invoice billing and coordinate with clients on purchase orders and signed contracts. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of reporting systems and all related administrative processes.

About You:

  • Media Experience & Planning: 3+ years of experience in a media agency, with a preference for integrated media planning expertise.
  • Analytical & Creative Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that align with client business objectives, balanced with creative thinking.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks independently in a well-organized manner.
  • Communication & Technical Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both face-to-face and via email/telephone, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant PC applications for reporting and presentations.
