Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand advertising objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on client goals, budget constraints, and market trends.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams (internal and external) to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  5. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
  6. Develop digital media strategy for agency clients, considering audience segments, online media trends, and current digital ad formats.
  7. Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities, including setting campaign budgets, bid adjustments, and demographic filters.
  8. Closely monitor campaigns and execution to ensure KPIs are achieved or surpassed.
  9. Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns.
  10. Prepare client reports and other official documents.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
  • Willing to work in Makati City on a hybrid arrangement.
  • Background in Search Engine Optimization is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.
