Senior Product Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned product development leader to drive the success of our product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clear product strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

You will also oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, and development to launch and post-release optimization. This includes gathering feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to refine product direction.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-impact experiences and has a deep understanding of user needs. If you have a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that drive business growth. You will anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting quickly to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy that aligns with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering intuitive, delightful, and high-impact experiences
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
