About The Role

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Create and execute long-term digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive growth across all digital channels.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  4. Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively and monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
  6. Audience Targeting: Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and create tailored marketing strategies that effectively engage and convert potential customers.
  7. Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new technologies and techniques to enhance campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), and other related tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Demonstrates dedication, work ethic, and teamwork attitude.
