Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing professional to drive our digital marketing initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in each area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  2. Analyze social media performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement data-driven improvements.
  3. Create compelling social media content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing, to resonate with our target audience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing objectives and client goals.
Other Responsibilities:
  1. Support influencer marketing campaigns by identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key influencers.
  2. Assist in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, ensuring optimal ROI.
  3. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, driving more qualified leads.
  4. Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM initiatives, to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
