We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional to join our team as an Account Manager.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry requirements.
  • Provide regular campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Project and Campaign Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Set realistic timelines, manage expectations, and maintain open communication with clients.
Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and propose enhancements to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and secure new business.
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness and Strategy:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Apply innovative ideas to client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus.
