Learning Performance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Learning Performance Analyst.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to assess learner performance data, evaluate training curriculum effectiveness, and partner with learning leaders to implement solutions. As a key member of our team, you will analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to provide actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
