Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of performance management solutions, ensuring effective deployment and monitoring of key performance indicators. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to coordinate LEAD deployment cycles, manage relationships, and resolve issues as they arise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement agreed performance management and LEAD service strategy, working closely with regional talent teams to ensure effective deployment and resolution of issues.
  • Manage delivery of LEAD cycles, coordinating with region talent teams to ensure effective execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with region talent teams, facilitating regular discussions and networking opportunities to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze feedback from regions to identify areas for improvement in performance management and LEAD solution delivery, proposing changes and enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with talent colleagues to monitor the effectiveness of performance management and LEAD solutions, implementing improvements to processes, standards, and tools.
  • As required, propose new solutions or define changes to existing services and solutions, working with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
