Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or support roles
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Support Software: Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
