Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve Issues Promptly: Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain Customer Records: Maintain and update customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
- Provide Product Information: Provide product or service information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of offerings
- Collaborate with Client Teams: Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Support Software: Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
