Job Title

A seasoned Client Services Manager is sought after to lead and manage a team of virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the virtual assistant's performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required targets set by clients.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using all services offered as a Client Services Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management.
  • Manage clients and their needs with all services, including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, familiar with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, focused, organized, and possessing a growth mindset.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
