Custom Furniture Design Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Custom Furniture Design Professional to create precise and detailed technical drawings for custom furniture projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in producing accurate, 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings for custom furniture projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Prepare accurate shop drawings and construction details.
  • Modify and adjust drawings based on feedback and production requirements.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with structural and material considerations for custom wood fabrication.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
  • Proven experience creating detailed technical drawings for furniture or millwork is essential.
  • Knowledge of custom wood construction techniques is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into production-ready drawings is crucial.
Requirements:
