Product Data Analyst

We are seeking an expert Product Data Analyst to analyze digital product usage, define key metrics, and collaborate with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment. This role will significantly influence roadmap prioritization, feature adoption, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user behavior across the product to uncover patterns and opportunities.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics.
  • Perform in-depth analyses on new feature adoption and product experiments.
Data Modeling & Instrumentation:
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to develop and validate tracking requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA.
  • Monitor data quality and collaborate with teams to resolve inconsistencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to embed insights into roadmap and feature decisions.
Strategic Decision Support:
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
  • Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
  • Exposure to event-based tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments.
