Join our team of data professionals and take on the challenge of driving business results with your analytical skills.

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to support our product teams with insights gained from analysing company data. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale data sets and be adept at using data analytics tools to find opportunities for product and process optimisation.

The role's purpose is to supercharge our data capabilities through the design, deployment and improvement of data analytics capabilities. This includes gathering requirements, determining the best course of action for analysis, and defining robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product teams in making informed decisions with facts, insights and recommendations
  • Gather requirements and determine the best course of action for analysis
  • Define datasets and dashboards to support key business processes
  • Identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas
  • Plan and prioritise insights that drive business targets
  • Analyse and evaluate A/B tests and report on results
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets
  • Data analysis, cleaning or visualisation skills (e.g SQL, Python, spreadsheets)
  • Enterprise Digital Analytics experience (e.g Snowplow, GA4)
  • Modern data warehousing solutions experience (e.g BigQuery)
  • Collaborative and respectful team player qualities
  • Willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with dbt
  • Familiarity with GitHub
  • Solid grasp of applied statistics
  • Deep understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
